Why Shang Jong Parker Hated The Clintons?

In 2021, American Crime Story released its third season called Impeachment, produced by Monica Lewinsky in hopes of self-reflect and setting the record straight. Monica Lewinsky was a White House intern and eventually, Pentagon worker who gained the humiliating infamy for being the woman who had an affair with then-US President Bill Clinton in the later 1990s, which ultimately caused Clinton to be handed his place in history as the second U.S. President after Andrew Johnson to have been impeached and fortunately not removed due to a not-big-enough Republican majority in the U.S. Senate.
When Monica Lewinsky was first introduced to the American public, she came across someone who is a young tramp looking for trouble and caused the whole country to go through a taxpayer dollar-wasted opportunistic partisan impeachment process that resulted in nothing, but now as years went by, she became an example of a low-level employee who was targeted by a powerful sexual predator, a President of the United States exploiting a young White House intern who just wanted nothing but being accepted and retrieve attention, a bad image for President Clinton in the era of #metoo, which raises awareness of men in power and influence abusing women who don't possess the very same stature.
Making matters worse for Clinton in the era of #metoo, he was already accused of sexual misconduct before Monica came into the picture. Clinton was accused of sexual harassment by an Arkansas state worker by the name of Paula Jones, who said Clinton lowered his pants, exposing himself, and tries to ask her to "kiss it" in a way of putting it that is. Clinton denied the allegation and Jones sued Clinton, demanding that he apologize, which he never does. As Clinton's presidency goes by before and after the Monica saga, two more women, Kathleen Willey and Juanita Broaddrick, accused Clinton of sexually abusing them, Broaddrick gave the worst allegation against Clinton...a 1978 rape.
The whole Monica Lewinsky story starts with her getting an unpaid job as an intern at the White House in 1995 to work for President Bill Clinton in hopes to bolster her career hopes. Bill Clinton becomes attracted to Monica and Monica responded with flirtatious gestures, like showing her underpants to the President. Monica begins to see President Clinton regularly and began a romantic affair, but with Clinton's reelection campaign kickstart from the horizon, his team were worried that Monica was becoming a distraction, so they moved her to the Pentagon in coastal Virginia a river away from Washington DC to ensure Clinton is focused on his campaign for reelection and his job as President.
Unfortunately for the Clinton White House, their move to transfer Lewinsky to the Pentagon backfires as Monica befriends Clinton-hater and co-worker Linda Tripp, who is one of the firsts outside the White House to be informed...by Monica herself...about her affair with Clinton, who Linda then was encouraged to tape her phone conversations with Monica about the affair and give the tapes to a partisan Republican witch hunt led by Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr, whose inquiry into the Whitewater real estate controversy back in Arkansas was going nowhere and Starr, completely empty-handed, then gives his attention over the Monica Lewinsky situation, believing that he finally finds dirt on Clinton. Embarrassing dirt that is. The news leaked to the media that the whole United States and pretty much the world was blown up about the affair.
Clinton denied the affair, which made Monica Lewinsky feel betrayed that she revealed her dress that she wore when in one of her sexual encounters with the President to the public, that dress had Clinton's "DNA" in a way of putting it, and was tested along with other Clinton's DNA, and confirmed that Clinton in fact had an affair with Lewinsky and Clinton having to deny it. The House of Representatives, reigned by Republicans since the 1994 midterm elections, impeached Clinton but a Republican U.S. Senate fails to convict him due to a not-big-enough majority in the Senate.
Monica Lewinsky was scorned and shamed by the media as some kind of naive whore who didn't know what she was getting herself into with a married man, and Clinton was made out to be a sexually desperate jerk who isn't faithful to his wife, First Lady Hillary Clinton. However, Clinton remained popular as a President but not so popular as a person. Clinton leaves office in 2001 as a professionally respected President who left office with a good economy and smooth times.
Why did Shang Jong Parker despise Bill Clinton?
The moment William Jefferson "Bill" Clinton won the White House in the 1992 U.S. presidential election by an electoral college landslide victory over incumbent Republican President George H.W. Bush of 370-168 and only a popular vote plurality for Clinton, Shang Jong Parker, who was then Prime Minister of the Empire of Chawosauria since January 1, 1990, was still reeling from the ultimate legacy-defining humiliation of losing the Soviet Union in 1991, saw Bill Clinton as a threat because Parker saw Clinton as an indication of a changing world transitioning from a Cold War world order to a post-Cold War world order where communism doesn't exist, and that deeply scared Parker as a prime ministerial leader of the Chawallian Communist Party who will have to face an imminent 1995 Chawosaurian legislative elections that could either make or break his prime ministership and his political career. This crisis caused Shang Parker to have such passionate hatred for Clinton.
The Chawallian Communist Party had controlled the Chawopolis Palace since the 1945 Chawosaurian legislative elections, which dashed the hopes of a conservative Prime Minister of Chawosauria, Jonathan Dragan Bismarck XVII, from becoming Supreme Leader of the Empire of Chawosauria to replace Emperor Santiago when the time would come. Had Bismarck won the 1945 election, he would become Supreme Leader and Chawosauria wouldn't be a socialist nation today.
Parker pushed his Chawallian Communist Party to be accepting of this new world order, and Parker found a way to do it in South Africa, where Apartheid (racial segregation in South Africa) was finally coming apart thanks to the resistance leadership of Nelson Mandela, who was released from prison and made a deal with South Africa's state president F.W. de Klerk to end apartheid. Parker openly condemned Apartheid and supported Mandela and his African National Congress party in the 1994 South African general election, and that move helped Shang Parker win popularity amongst Black Chawosaurians and bolstered the Chawallian Communist Party's chances in the 1995 Chawosaurian general election.
The Chawallian Communist Party led by Parker shocked the whole Chawosaurian world by winning an upset landslide victory in the 1995 Chawosaurian elections, holding on to their supermajority, and regaining the seats lost in the last election in 1989 during the Revolutions of 1989. Shang Parker is still consigned to Chawosaurian history as the youngest Prime Minister to have won two straight Chawopolis Palace elections as well as one of the youngest party leaders to even win one, alongside Jonathan Sidney MacCarthy I in 1909, Timothy Max Roosevelt in 1945, Shang Parker himself in 1989, and Jonathan Dragan Boleslaus X in 2019 though couldn't win his own election. Parker dodged what would've been a serious blow to his party and his career.
Going into 1996, Parker seemed to have forgotten about Bill Clinton as he easily wins reelection in a near repeat of his 1992 election blowout, winning 379 electoral votes and 49% of the popular vote, a near majority, to Republican Bob Dole's 159 electoral votes, well below the 270 electoral vote threshold to win the White House, and finished in the popular vote with just 40%, nine points below Clinton there. Then in 1998, the Monica Lewinsky scandal pops up, and the world was stunned. But Chawosauria kept a low profile and kept quiet of it, Shang Parker never addressed the Monica saga in the United States publicly or even privately, but those who observed Parker knew that Parker was more sympathetic to Monica Lewinsky, as she reminded him as a wife Kim Chae-Won, who like Monica, was approached by a known womanizer by the name Shang Jong Parker, who wasn't married at all at the time, but then Parker and Chae-Won's relationship transformed from a typical pimp-slut affair to a serious relationship that resulted in them getting married and having five children. Chae-Won Parker and Shang Jong Parker became, even more, closer when their youngest, Chiang Parker, was born in 2000 and Shang had to go through a kidney transplant surgery to quell a kidney infection.
But Bill Clinton was married, and Monica Lewinsky was an employee to Clinton, Parker's views on sex clearly changed when Monica entered the spotlight, and he was very disapproving of society's treatment of Monica Lewinsky, and he did oppose Clinton's impeachment. Parker was frustrated with Clinton's seeming lack of empathy and remorse for Monica Lewinsky and Hillary Clinton's decision to stay with a man who disrespected her. Not that Parker didn't sleep with married women before, right?
When Hillary Clinton ran for President of the United States in 2016, Bill Clinton's past in the new era of #metoo started to haunt Clinton world and Hillary herself, and when the Republicans nominated a literal copy of Bill Clinton in Donald J. Trump, the man scrutinized for his own sex life following his comments on women and a tape from 2005 recorded Trump bragging to Billy Bush about sexually assaulting women on a Hollywood Access tour bus, and subsequent sexual misconduct allegations raging from a marital rape allegation from an ex-wife, Ivana, to allegations of kissing, groping, grabbing, and other unacceptable behaviors and gestures to show towards women.
Hillary Clinton attempted to weaponize the 2005 Hollywood Access tape against Trump as proof that Trump is personally unfit to sit in the chair of the commander-in-chief in the Oval Office to replace old man Barack Obama, but it backfires when Bill Clinton's sex past becomes a dark cloud over the Hillary Clinton 2016 presidential campaign, and that likely turned off independent women from voting at all or just voted for Trump due to a lack of trust in Hillary Clinton and Trump wins the White House partly as a result. Four years later, when Trump's next opponent, Joe Biden, was himself the target of a sexual assault allegation against him by a former Senate aid by the name Tara Reade, Trump feared attempting to weaponize Tara Reade against Joe Biden could backfire given his own sex problems and recent exposure of Trump's past friendship with wealthy financier and child sex predator Jeffrey Epstein, so Trump decided to question the legitimacy of Tara Reade and suggests Biden to "fight it", which made Republicans fluster all over the allegation and then eventually drops the allegation because it is hypocritical to attack Biden for this given Trump has the same problem. The Tara Reade issue fades away in the course of the 2020 campaign and Biden benefits as he wins the White House. It is unlikely Parker was acutely aware of Tara Reade because early 2020 was a busy time for Parker because of COVID-19 and the issue of police brutality following the murder of George Floyd.
Shang Parker hated both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump in 2016, but in late 2020, he decided to instruct his government to endorse Joe Biden, though not legal under Chawosaurian law and is required to be punished with impeachment and removal, but the Chawosaurian government was under a communist party government elected in 2019, so impeachment was never gonna happen at all. In 2021, when American Crime Story released its third season: Impeachment, Parker watches with sympathy for Monica Lewinsky, the same sympathy he expressed in 1998.
