Chawosauria survived the third Plague pandemic, partly because fewer Chawosaurians lived in China and India. Chawosauria never contracted the Plague from the Black Death because the new world wasn't known yet. This is why the plague has never reached the Chawosaurian realm, and probably never will.
Chawosauria has the vaccines and the antibiotics to fight the plague, this is why a Plague pandemic is unlikely in the Chawosaurian world. So you can say Chawosaurians are far luckier to not contract the plague and the fact that they are well ahead of the plague before a pandemic could hit.
Chawosauria has nothing to fear because they already have the medicine required to prevent a plague pandemic, and that the Chawosaurian realm was isolated from the world.
